I buy all my compression sleeves and stuff from Tommie Copper. Great products and they do work.

You can also get the compression sleeve off of www.high5gear.com. The price for the sleeve is 25 dollars. I am definitely getting one because I need it.

Looks like Belmo has a wicked case of the pink eye on the main page...

I have to ask, but what are the primary benefits for a compression sleeve?

The Power Sleeve is designed to actively support muscles, boosting power output and enhancing athletic performance. It can also relieve symptoms of tennis elbow, golfer's elbow, tendinitis, and overuse conditions. Bend and flex with confident support.
• Compression fit and stretch fabric for freedom of movement
• Breathable material that wicks moisture away to help keep you dry and comfortable
• Provides targeted relief and stability to the elbow

I definitely need on myself

Well, that answered my question... I might have to take a look at one of these. Tennis elbow has a way of rearing it's head every now and again.
