Default High/Low Tracks

What exactly is meant by High/Low tracks... I dont quite get where they would be on a ball.

high track more around your finger grip area, low track is lower and further down from you finger grips. look at the drill layouts on the hammer website to see what i'm talking about.

Is there an advantage to a high/low track?

Check out my thread for tracks and releases? If you can adjust your release it makes changes on the fly easier. Things like surface adjustments aren't allowed once a tourney/league play have begun. It will change your ball's reaction even if it's not drilled for that type of track.
